The Iranian Interior Ministry has denied news about the closing of the Iranian-Turkish border. All the border crossings are open, the Interior Ministry’s website stated.
“There is no problem at the land borders. However, a section of rail borders has been temporarily closed at the request of the Turkish government due to technical problems. But it will be reopened soon,” Trend cited the representative of the Iranian Interior Ministry, Majid Aqababaee, as saying.
