Iranian Ambassador to Belarus Mohammad Reza Sabouri voiced Tehran’s willingness to promote bilateral relations with Minsk in various areas, economy in particular.
"Science-intensive and innovative companies of Iran are ready for cooperation with the Belarusian Hi-Tech Park to produce high-technology goods," BelTA cited Sabouri as saying.
"We suggest that Iranian companies use the strategic geographic position of Belarus both for the development of the Iranian-Belarusian relations and entering the markets of the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union," Tasnim cited the diplomat as saying.
He further stressed that these issues alongside with many others would be considered in detail at a meeting of the Belarusian-Iranian joint commission on cooperation in science, technology and higher education.
