Iraqi PM we have not yet reached our full oil market share

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said Iraq had not yet reached its full oil market share, suggesting that the country would prefer not to restrain its crude output as part of any possible OPEC agreement to lift prices.

"Iraq is still below what it should produce," Abadi told a news conference in Baghdad, in response to a question on whether his government would be open to such an agreement, Reuters reports.

Iraq is one of the world's largest oil producers. It is OPEC's second-biggest producer. Iraq's oil exports have averaged 3.9 million barrels per day in 2015.
