Irfan Fidan appointed prosecutor general of Istanbul

Irfan Fidan has been appointed the new prosecutor general of Turkey’s Istanbul city, the Hurriyet newspaper reports.

Irfan Fidan has worked in Turkey’s law enforcement agencies for a long time. Reportedly, Fidan has replaced Hadi Salihoglu.
