Israel-Hamas ceasefire may be reached today, Fidan says

According to Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Israel and Hamas could reach an agreement on a ceasefire in Gaza in the coming hours.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that a ceasefire between Hamas and Israel could be reached in the coming hours if the negotiations between the parties conclude positively.

According to the Turkish Foreign Minister, Ibrahim Kalin, head of Türkiye’s intelligence agency, is participating in the negotiations. Fidan emphasized that a prisoner swap could also be agreed.
