Israel changes strategy against Hezbollah

 Israel has changed its strategy from tit-for-tat responses to a pre-emptive campaign to degrade Hezbollah's missile stores, launchers and military leadership, The Wall Street Journal reported.

According to the newspaper, Israel did this despite calls from its allies to cease fire.
