The Foundation for Civil Society Development (FCSD) presented new performance rating of governors.
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, took fifth place (the seventh place in 2015). The head of the Kaluga region, Anatoly Artamonov, took fourth position (the first place in 2015).
The head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov, shared 18th and 19th places with the St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko.
The head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov is in 29th place. The mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin is 8th.
Sevastopol Governor Sergei Menyailo lost 5 points and took 57th place. The head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Yury Kokov, shared 65th and 69th places with the governor of the Kursk Oblast Alexander Mikhailov. The head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov took 28th place, while the head of Karachay-Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov took 23rd place.
