President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said he ordered to take steps due to the growth of price for bread in the country.
"In the light of increase of price for social bread, the government and mayor’s offices were ordered to take the necessary measures, including subsidizing," he wrote on Twitter.
According to Tokayev, the instructions were also given on coal. "They should talk to the intermediaries that are in cooperation with the coal companies increasing prices. Execution of the order is under the control," the Kazakh president added.
