The upper chamber of Kazakhstan's parliament (Senate) agreed to appoint Kairat Kozhamzharov to the post of the prosecutor general and Zhakip Asanov to the post of chairman of the Supreme Court at a meeting on Monday, the press office of the head of state said.
The candidacies were presented by Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Sputnik Kazakhstan recalls.
