The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, said that the country expects to sign an agreement on expanded partnership with the EU in December.
"Almost all the formalities are completed, we are planning to sign an agreement on advanced partnership with the European Union in December," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
