A 3.8-magnitude earthquake has been registered in Kazakhstan this morning at 06:58 am local time.
The epicenter of the quake was located 55 km southwest from Almaty.
The outbreak lay at a depth of 15 kilometers, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported.
