Kestutis Jankauskas was appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, Federica Mogherini,said.
Jankauskas, who is currently serving as Head of the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia, will replace Malena Mard.
