British lawyer of former Armenian President Robert Kocharian Edward Fitzgerald told Armenian media that he intends to file a lawsuit with the European Court of Human Rights if the Armenian court can not protect his client from a prosecution by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's team.
"We hope that the Armenian court will award justice. Otherwise, we will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, "he warns, Sputnik-Armenia reports.
