The Russian government has announced the results of the regular All-Russian competition for the title of 'The most well-appointed urban (rural) settlement of Russia."
The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. According to this document, Krasnodar became the winner. Prize-winning places were also awarded to Ulyanovsk, Kaluga and Tula.
