The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Giorgi Kvirikashvili, said that Georgia has fulfilled all its obligations necessary to gain a visa-free regime with the EU.
The Council of Europe's report will reflect the country’s efforts to implement necessary points stated in the Visa Liberalization Action Plan (VLAP), in order to be granted visa liberalization with the European Union (EU). It will be released on December 15.
"We have worked hard in this regard, all technical work relating to Georgia’s visa liberalization have been 100% met," Sputnik Georgia cited Kvirikashvili as saying.
