The number of unemployed in Russia has decreased by 0.2%, the Russian Ministry of Labour and Social Protection said.
"The number of unemployed has decreased by 0.2% to 801360 people in the period from July 19 to July 26, 2017. A year ago the number was 948254 people," the ministry said.
The most significant decrease in the number of unemployed was in the Chukotka, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Districts, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Districts - Yugra, Altai , Khakassia, Crimea, Komi, Karelia, Kamchatka and Krasnoyarsk Krai, Sakhalin, Kaluga, Arkhangelsk and Astrakhan Regions.
