A large tent city for Syrian refugees has opened at the Turkish-Syrian border in Kilis province, the Sabah newspaper reports.
"The camp is located on the other side of the border, near the Bab al-Salam border, which is right behind the Turkish border. This is Syrian territory. There is a lot of work here and it is still going on," TASS cited a spokesman of the Turkish province of Kilis as saying.
The Turkish government's Office of Emergency Management and the Turkish branch of the Red Crescent sent 2000 tents to the camp.
