US President Donald Trump's policy line is aimed at normalizing relations with Russia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
"The policy line of US President Donald Trump is aimed at normalizing relations with Russia and building interaction in the interests of all, in spite of everything," TASS cited the Russian foreign minister as saying.
"The appointment of John Bolton is an internal affair of the United States," Lavrov added.
US President Trump announced on Twitter on Thursday about the resignation of his national security adviser Herbert McMaster and the appointment of former US Permanent Representative to the UN John Bolton to this post.
