It is time to intensify the negotiations on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.
“There are grounds to presume that the time has come to intensify our efforts. We have been working in line with the agreements in the framework of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group with our American and French counterparts," TASS cited him as saying.
