The State Duma will send a group of observers to the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan on November 1st.
The delegation will be headed by the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Ties with Compatriots and the coordinator of the group of international observers from the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly in the elections to the Milli Majlis, Leonid Slutsky.
Slutsky explained that the group was created by factional quota principle, it consists of seven people, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
