Lukashenko and Kvirikashvili hold talks in Minsk

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko met with the Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili. The President noted that the agreement on the visit to Minsk was reached with the previous prime minister, "which indicates the seriousness of Georgia's intentions to strengthen relations with Belarus".

Lukashenko believes that the trade turnover between the two countries could reach $ 200 million in the near future.

According to him, Belarus and Georgia have no differences in the sphere of politics.

Giorgi Kvirikashvili said that bilateral cooperation in the economy intensified after Lukashenko's visit to Georgia, adding that now the two governments are working on specific projects.
