Lviv journalist at the Zahid.net Pavel Zubyuk compared the capitals of Russia and Ukraine in his article entitled ‘Moscow Kiev,’ while calling Kiev a ‘second-best’ version of Moscow.
"Kiev is not just following Moscow, it is far behind. One could even say more precisely: Kiev is a second-best, smaller Moscow," the journalist said, calling the Ukrainian capital a ‘dirty hostel’, RIA Novosti reports.
