Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro stated about the proximity of OPEC countries and other oil exporters to the conclusion of an agreement on measures to stabilize oil prices.
"We are close to an agreement between the oil OPEC countries and countries that are not members of it, but "close" does not mean that it has been achieved," - RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
