Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a working visit to Germany on February 16-17 to take part in the 54th Munich Security Conference, the republic's Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
During the visit, the minister will deliver a speech and will hold bilateral meetings.
The conference agenda will focus on the future role of the European Union as a global actor in its relations with Russia and the US, arms control issues, as well as the tensions over North Korea’s nuclear weapons program.
