Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili has presented the president of the European Olympic Committee (EOC) Patrick Hickey with the Order of the Golden Fleece.
He was awarded it for the development of Georgian sport and the Olympic movement, integrating the Georgian Olympic Committee into the international Olympic family and his special contribution to the European Youth Olympic Festival in Tbilisi, the Georgian presidential administration said.
