Middle East triple 'Russia-Turkey-Iran' plans long-term and constructive cooperation for the benefit of the stabilization of Syria and the whole region, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Maria Zakharova, said, answering a question from Vestnik Kavkaza.
"We view this cooperation [between Russia and Turkey and Iran] as constructive and, of course, long-term, because we are well aware that the Syrian settlement requires a lot of time and consolidation of efforts of all the states involved in this process," she noted.
"Therefore, I think that the word 'constructive' [for the relations between Russia, Turkey and Iran in the Middle East] is the most appropriate here," the Foreign Ministry spokesperson concluded.
The staff of Vestnik Kavkaza also congratulated Maria Zakharova on awarding her the Order of Friendship by the Russian President Vladimir Putin. "Thank you very much! I am very pleased!" she thanked.
