Speaker of the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko said that the issue of mass migration cannot be solved without creating conditions for the return of refugees to their homeland.
"More and more often people are forced to seek refuge abroad ... People are fleeing from countries, where external intervention, the imposition of so-called 'democratization' only lead to bloodshed, chaos, humanitarian disasters," she noted.
