Azerbaijan intends to participate in the upcoming meeting April 17th with leading oil-producing countries in Doha and it is ready to support the decision to freeze the resource.
"It will attend the meeting and support the initiative,'' a source close to the progress of preparations for the meeting, RIA Novosti reports.
