Mehriban Aliyeva heads organizing committee of Islamic Solidarity Games

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the establishment of the Organizing Committee of the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku in 2017.

According to the presidential decree, the first lady of Azerbaijan, the president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, a goodwill ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, the chairlady of the organizational committee of the First European Games, Mehriban Aliyeva, was appointed the chairman of the Organizing Committee, Trend reports.
