Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) registered the candidacy of the president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the member of Azerbaijan’s parliament, the deputy chairman of the ruling party 'Yeni Azerbaijan', Mehriban Aliyeva, for the parliamentary elections.
She was registered from the fourth constituency of Baku’s Khazar district, Trend cited the CEC as saying.
Azerbaijan will hold the parliamentary elections on November 1st.
