Mikheil Janelidze to hold talks in Japan

Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze left for Japan to hold meetings with representatives of the legislative and executive authorities.

He will attend a solemn event in Tokyo on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Georgia and Japan. The Georgian Foreign Minister will speak in the Sasakawa Foundation. Janelidze is expected to hold meetings in the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

"Janelidze will hold meetings at the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), as well as in the Japan Robot Association (JARA)," Sputnik-Georgia cited the ministry as saying.

The Georgian Foreign Minister will also visit the largest Japanese companies, including Toshiba and Hitachi.
