The French prime minister, Manuel Valls, said after the Defence Council meeting at the Elysee Palace that there will be three days of national mourning starting on Saturday.
"The president decided to declare a period of national mourning for the 16, 17 and 18 of July in commemoration of the victims," Sputnik cited Valls as saying.
