Nazarbayev consults on early parliament elections

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has held consultations with the parliamentary member Kabibulla Dzhakupov and the Prime Minister Karim Massimov.

"The President stressed that the early parliament elections to the Majilis are widely discussed in the media and among experts," the press service said.

In the last week, members of the lower house of Kazakhstan’s parliament have addressed the president with a request to dissolve the Majilis.
