Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed the government to create a new program of privatization, where such national holdings as Samruk Kazyna, Baiterek and KazAgro will be transformed into lean and mean organizations after privatization.
According to Nazarbayev, Samruk-Kazyna and KazAgro have become inefficient intermediaries between the budget.
