Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed amendments to the law "on prevention of legalization of money or other property obtained by criminal means, and financing of terrorism", the government website said.
Thus, the law allows assets to be frozen at direct and indirect disposal. It is reported that the financial monitoring agency will make a decision on the preliminary freezing of assets (30 days) in two days, APA reports.
