Novak announces terms of establishing balance in market after freezing of oil production

It may take us nine months to balance the world oil market after achieving the freezing of oil production by participants, the head of the Russian Ministry of Energy Alexander Novak said.

He also expressed hope that the upcoming talks among oil exporting countries will end with the adoption of the corresponding resolution, Interfax reports.

Recall that Vestnik Kavkaza has already reported that the ministerial meeting is to take place in Doha on April 17th.
