Russia shares the view of joining the agreement on stabilizing the oil market by non-OPEC producers after reaching a consensus within the cartel, and continues to consult with its partners, the Energy Minister Alexander Novak announced.
According to him, Russia agrees that firstly the members of the cartel must reach a consensus within OPEC, and only then to discuss the stabilization of the oil market with non-OPEC countries.
