The head of the Russian Ministry of Energy, Alexander Novak, will not participate in the OPEC summit in Vienna scheduled for June.
"I do not plan to go to Vienna. The summit is next week. And this is not scheduled in our ministry,’’ Gazeta.ru quotes him as saying.
The minister added that he also has no plans to meet with the energy ministers of the OPEC countries.
