Austria's OMV has already provided more than 500 million euro to finance construction of the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline, head of OMV Rainer Seele said.
"OMV has already allocated 500 million euro to finance the project and we are ready to continue financing the construction," TASS cited him as saying.
"Around 50 km of the sea section of the gas pipeline in Finland and Germany have already been constructed," Seele said, adding that Denmark, the only country that had not yet issued an approval for the construction of Nord Stream 2, was expected to give its nod next year.
