OPEC failed to reach an agreement for a new output ceiling of 32 million barrels per day at the group's meeting in Vienna.
It is worth noting that earlier media reported that Saudi Arabia has agreed to freeze the level of oil production, if the cartel sets a new common benchmark for the oil extraction, RBC reports.
