OPEC is discussing freezing of oil production with all the countries engaged in the extraction of 'the black gold', except for the United States.
"We are in talks with everyone, except the United States," Secretary General of the cartel Abdalla Salem el-Badri said.
However, as the Secretary General of OPEC stated, the organization invites Washington to negotiations, where the issue of international agreement on freezing the level of oil production will be considered, RIA Novosti reported.
