It is hardly worth waiting for drastic changes of the oil prices - the oil market is almost balanced, the head of the Ministry of Economic Development, Maxim Oreshkin said.
According to him, the ministry did not take into account the extension of the OPEC deal in its macro forecast. ”As I said, we had taken into account the expiration of the deal, as we assess this process from the technical point of view - the deal expires on April 1st,” the head of the department explained.
