Olga Osina, first deputy general director of the Russian Post, was appointed its acting general director, Russia's Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolai Nikiforov posted on his Twitter page.
Dmitry Strashnov's contract as general director of the Russian Post expired on July 1. He held this position since 2013.
