A new resort Tetnuldi was officially opened in Georgia today. The resort is located in Svaneti, 15 km from Mestiya at an altitude of 2200 m. "This will be one of the best ski resorts not only in Georgia, but also in Eastern Europe," the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Kvirikashvili, expressed confidence in his welcoming speech.
According to him, in Tetnuldi there will be the longest ski slopes in Georgia. One of them, 3.5 km long, is already operating, a cableway is operating along it. Another three will be added to it by the end of the year, with a total length of 9.5 km and 1.7 km of vertical descent.
