13 participants of mass brawl in Rostov-on-Don, detained earlier, were arrested for periods ranging from one to four days. This decision was made by Oktyabrsky district court in Rostov-on-Don.
"The court ruled a penalty in the form administrative detention for periods ranging from one to four days," representative of the court said.
