All disputable issues should be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Armenia, the head of the Yelk faction Nikol Pashinyan said in the parliament, answering the question about the fate of Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan.
"I am going to carry out only those actions that will correspond to the powers of the prime minister," Pashinyan said, answering the question of whether he will apply to the Prosecutor General's Office on interrogation of the second president Robert Kocharian on the murder of the demonstrators and the military on March 1, 2008, Sputnik Armenia reports.
Previously, Nikol Pashinyan demanded that Serzh Sargsyan, who held the position of prime ministeri n those years, should be held responsible for what had happened.
