The Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that the United States and Russia had partially agreed on a ceasefire in Syria. For example, he noted that the decision by Moscow and Washington had been previously agreed with Qatar and Saudi Arabia in the framework of the bilateral meetings.
"These solutions were expressed, worked out, agreed upon in the mentioned bilateral negotiations,’’ RIA Novosti quotes Peskov.
