According to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs of Saudi Arabia, those pilgrims, who leave the country after the Hajj this year will be given 2 million copies of the Koran.
"The ministry will spread about 2 million copies of the Holy Book,’’ Tass cites the head of the committee on issuing of commemorative gifts Sheikh Talal bin Ahmad Al-Akil.
He stressed that the copies will be distributed at King Abdulaziz International Airport near Jeddah, at the sea harbor of the city, as well as several land border crossings.
