The journalists visited one of the polling stations in the Khazar district of Baku in the framework of the visit by representatives of the Russian media to Azerbaijan on the eve of the parliamentary elections on November 1st.
Representatives of the electoral commission explained to the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza that "there is always a day of silence" before the elections, "therefore everything is fully prepared."
"If there will be any problems, the chairman of the committee may call the experts and they will solve this problem," the representatives said.
