The Czech Republic intends to expand and strengthen long-term economic relations with Iran after the lifting of sanctions. The Head of the Foreign Ministry, Lubomir Zaoralek, stated at a meeting with the mayor of Isfahan, Mehdi Dzhamalinedzhad.
Zaoralek noted that after the lifting of sanctions, Iranian-Czech trade relations will undergo positive changes and said that Czech citizens and entrepreneurs are experiencing keen interest in trade and business ties with Iran.
"The Czech Republic and Iran, both rich with their culture, can sign a lot of contracts and take the basic steps for the development of economic cooperation," Trend quoted him as saying.
